  • Signer must be present.

  • A valid drivers' license or state issued identification card, Passport or Miliary ID is required, or a credible witness must be present and have a valid ID.

  • Power of Attorney (POA) will need to provide POA forms before signing on behalf of the principal.

  • Documents will need to be signed in presence of notary public.

  • If incorrect or no Notarial Certificate, you will need to select the correct certificate. Notary Public is not allowed to select for you.

  • Fees must be paid upfront. Accepted forms of payment: PayPal, debit card, credit cards and cash.
