Signer must be present.
A valid drivers' license or state issued identification card, Passport or Miliary ID is required, or a credible witness must be present and have a valid ID.
Power of Attorney (POA) will need to provide POA forms before signing on behalf of the principal.
Documents will need to be signed in presence of notary public.
If incorrect or no Notarial Certificate, you will need to select the correct certificate. Notary Public is not allowed to select for you.
Fees must be paid upfront. Accepted forms of payment: PayPal, debit card, credit cards and cash.
